Hosting and connection data

The pages are static and are hosted at Hostinger. When you open the site, the provider processes connection data that are technically required, such as IP address, date, address requested, and browser type. This is for operating and securing the site. The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

No specific retention period for this connection data is stated here. Retention follows what Hostinger needs for operation and security. If you need the period, write to the privacy address.

The public HTTPS response does not currently include a Strict-Transport-Security header (HSTS).

This website has no user account, no newsletter of its own, and no form that stores entries on a CapitalPath server. Contact is a link to Calendly, email, the phone, or WhatsApp — only once you choose that path.

Email contact and waitlist

If you email growth@capitalpath.de, including to join the Altersvorsorgedepot waitlist, your email address, your name, what you write and the time of the message are processed. This is used to reply and to arrange a call. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the message concerns advice or a possible contract, and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR otherwise.

Like the website, the growth@capitalpath.de mailbox is hosted at Hostinger (Hostinger International Ltd.); see “Hosting and connection data”.

The waitlist is not a separate database and not a newsletter. It consists of the emails received. People on it are contacted only about the Altersvorsorgedepot. A short email is enough to be removed at any time.

The data is deleted once the request is dealt with, unless statutory retention periods apply. If no conversation follows from the waitlist, the data is deleted by 31 December 2027 at the latest.

Calculators

The calculators on this website run only in your browser. The inputs are anonymous numbers, such as amounts, years, a rate you choose, or an age as a number. For provision for children, the age fields are numbers, not a child’s name, date of birth, or contact details. That is not identifiable data about a child.

Nothing is sent to CapitalPath servers for the calculation, and nothing is stored there.

CapitalPath Guide

The CapitalPath Guide — “CapitalPath fragen” in German and “Ask CapitalPath” in English — answers questions from the text on this website, in your browser. It does not call an AI interface. What you type is not sent to an AI service or a web search. The conversation is not stored on a server.

In the browser’s session storage, the key cp-guide-hint may hold the value 1. It only records that the short introductory hint was dismissed, and it lasts for the tab session. The text of your questions is not stored there.

While you use it, the Guide can raise events only inside the page: chat_opened, suggestion_clicked, knowledge_answer_found, knowledge_answer_not_found, contact_handover_clicked, gap_feedback, and calculator_link_clicked. The question text is removed first. The site code has no listener that sends these events to a server or to a third party.

The Guide is embedded in the pages. /guide/ is not a public Guide address. A machine-readable page list is at https://capitalpath.de/llms.txt (filename llms.txt). AI use is explained on the AI notice page at /en/ai-notice/.

Please do not enter sensitive personal, health, banking, tax or identification information.

Cookies and measurement

This site does not set its own analytics or marketing cookies. The site code does not include analytics, advertising, or tag-manager scripts. A consent banner is therefore not in place. Fonts are delivered with the website and are not loaded from an external font service.

The session-storage key cp-guide-hint is not a cookie. It does not store the conversation.

External destinations

If you open an external link, that provider’s privacy notice applies. Processing at that provider starts only when you click. This includes Calendly for appointments, WhatsApp (operated by Meta), profile links to Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, the official ERGO profile, the intermediary register, nileshkulkarni.de, Unternehmerversorgung360.de, and the Excelloit websites excelloit.com, excelloit.eu, excelloit.energy, and excelloit.digital.

Calendly processes what you enter in its booking flow. WhatsApp and those profiles are not embedded on this website. No pixels and no embedded feeds from these services are loaded.

After the click, Calendly, WhatsApp or Meta, and the social profiles may set cookies on their own sites. Cookie names are not listed here, because those cookies were not measured on capitalpath.de.

Your rights

Subject to the statutory conditions, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
