From engineer to entrepreneur
Nilesh Kulkarni started out as an engineer and spent more than 20 years in automotive development, working on international programmes from product development to software projects. Along the way he began building companies of his own. He founded Excelloit Consultancy Services GmbH, which works in digital transformation, talent consulting and energy consulting, and runs it as managing director. He is also a partner and managing director at GAK Enterprises GmbH.
Today he advises business owners and private clients through CapitalPath on protection and retirement planning, where many decisions have to hold for decades. He has also helped several people take the step into self-employment. Anyone who wants to build something of their own can start in his team with a clear structure and be among like-minded people from the beginning.
