The CapitalPath approach
How it works
Understand first. Then decide.
01
Understand
Where things stand today, what is already covered, and what matters.
02
Protect
What would be hard to replace: health, income, family?
03
Build
What is set aside for later, and which commitment can be carried.
04
Review
Life changes, so a fresh look is taken from time to time.

Common questions
Common questions
Is CapitalPath an insurer?
No. CapitalPath is neither an insurer nor a product. It is Nilesh Kulkarni’s intermediary platform. Any contracts come from companies in the ERGO range, if they arise at all.
What does “tied to ERGO” mean?
Intermediation as a tied agent under § 34d (7) GewO, register no. D-LRXV-ZPVYW-76 with IHK Koblenz. No whole-market comparison beyond the ERGO range. Full details in the initial information.
What happens in a call?
The same four steps, taken calmly: understand, protect, build, review. No script and no pressure to sign. Book via Calendly, phone or WhatsApp as on the contact page.
Does a product have to be chosen already?
No. The aim is to sort the situation first. Many calls end with the next question, not an application.
